Relatively good - We lived in Sharples for two years: part in a downstairs one bedroom and part in an upstairs loft (both in the Pinnacle section). I would not live there again, but that is mostly because of one negative experience. If not for that, I would recommend this place and others might not be as put off by it as me. Great place to live! - We lived at Halstead for 4 years, until recently we bought our own house. The staff have been very friendly and professional. Management and maintenance always responds fast.
