I have lived at this apartment for less than a year and during this time I have had to make several service requests. All of my requests have been attended to quickly by the on site management and staff. Most recently, the management, staff, and I worked together for about a six-week period to deal with a serious problem. Not only was the problem handled efficienty and professionally, but I really felt like the management/staff took extra time and effort to inform and assist me in dealing with the problem. I really cannot thank Lois and Howard enough for their guidance, assistance, patience, and general support. In addition, my apartment is large, my neighbors are respectable and quiet when it counts, the price is right/economical, there is always parking, and perhaps most importantly, I always feel secure. I would highly recommend this apartment complex based on my experience thus far and I plan to stay here for a while longer. Thanks again.
