I moved into Audubon Manor Apartments after living in a 3 bedroom home in Media PA. The adjustment was an easy one. Audubon replaces the carpet and repaints the walls so on day 1 you have a brand new place. A few months in my roomate and I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. One of our windows was missing a screen, our garbage disposal was leaking and our toilet didn't flush properly. An easy call to the main office fixed the issues with a turn around time of a day. There are on-site laundry machines, friendly neighbors, quick maintenence personnel, and the area is quiet. One tip if you plan on moving in is to stay away from the side near the garbage bin. Forget about sleeping in, the truck is really loud (I forget which days it comes around).
