I wish these other comments had been here before I decided to rent, so I hope I can save someone else the trouble: Where should I start'' Staff/manager never knew what she was talking about - could never answer any of my questions. Apartment had bugs - silverfish and centipedes. Felt like it was an unsafe part of town. Parking was a joke - if you got back after 6 or 7pm at night, forget getting a space (especially if there was snow piles taking up additional spots). Heating was inadequate. Paper thin walls - I could hear actual words of phone conversations from the person upstairs all the time (he wasn't even talking loudly or shouting). No hot water when upstairs person was in the shower, I could go on and on. Oh, ok one good thing: maintenance responded to my requests in a timely manner. Other than that, very bad experience.
