This apartment complex is very nice to live and it's very affordable. Those people who wrote bad reviews...they are just a bunch of complainers. Staff are very nice, wall actually is brick wall and I never hear any noisy from outside. Little cold in the winter, but I like cold anyway. Average electricity bill in the winter is about $38 (I use humidifier, 500w computer, 57 inch tv with full 5.1 sound system). Parking space is plentyfull, save area. Note for the complainers: If you guys want to have super nice apartments may be you should spend about $1,500/months not $800/months apt. If you have no money don't complaint. You WILL NOT GET BMW car if you pay a FORD price.

Are you insane? First of all your grammar is poorer than a 3rd grader, and you expect me to take this review seriously?
You think I shouldn't complain when there is an inch of water in my bedroom?
Saving money on apartments doesn't mean you sacrifice the quality of the space you're living in. I've known plenty of people who paid a lot of money for good apartments and they ended up being horrible apartments. So don't presume to tell us how much money to spend. Not being able to spend $1500 a month on an apartment because of your income doesn't mean you should have to live in an uninhabitable apartment.

Just a note on the $1500 vs. $800 comment (original review commenter) - FYI where I live now not all that far away (same region - southeastern PA), $800 gets you a "luxury" apartment - no bugs, NICE STAFF, plentiful parking, great neighborhood. So to suggest we are complainers who needs to spend 1500 a month is ridiculous, get a reality check - I don't know anyone who spends that much unless they live in NYC or right in Philly or some other large metropolitan area, where all rents are ridiculous to begin with
