This apartment complex is disgusting. Huge bugs, the roof leaks, your toilet constantly over flows, and they turn heat off to the buildings at the end of March! They are crooks and liars, they will cheat you and try to force you into new lease agreements. The property manager's ----- and ---, are absolutely useless and incredibly dishonest. My friend lived in the same building here and was attacked by a man that was criminally insane at 3am. HE treid to break open her door with a gun and ended up shooting himself in the leg, and Audubon STILL tried to force her to live there!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT move here. I lived in 4 different apartments and have never had an issue until I move here.
