Do not move to this apartment complex. I agree with all of the other negative reviews about this place including disgusting, giant bugs, noise coming from people who don't even live on the premesis, and inadequate parking. Before I moved in I was questioned repeatedly about being a college student because they told me they do not encourage students to live here. However, there are college kids living above me who make this place sound like a dorm every weekend. I'm only 26, but I work a full-time job and don't like to be kept up until 5 AM on a Friday.
My apartment is on the bottom floor and has flooded, twice, when it rains or snow melts. There has been at least an inch of water in my BEDROOM, soaking the carpet and ruining my high school and college yearbooks, as well as some other personal things of mine.
Manager ---- is a simpleton, and a difficult person who never has any real solutions for problems, and who reemed me out for having late rent after all of this has happened with the water leakage. She is rarely available, and does not provide an emergency number to reach her on weekends. The place could be on fire and she would never know until Monday morning when she makes it into the office.
To make a long story short, do not move here and tell anyone you can not to move here. Maybe some other company will take over management of this place and make it a suitable place to live.
