I moved out of there not too long ago. There are centipedes every time you turn around in your apartment the hallways,etc. The office staff and main office have no communication. One will tell you one thing someone else will tell you another and sometimes the same person you talked to the first time will tell you something different the second time. The parking is absolutely horrible. There were times I couldn't even park in front of my own building. Any visitor has to park on the street, which is very limited parking. There is no closet space, so you would have to pay $50 or more to rent one of their storage places if there is one available. Yeah, the pool, that's a joke!!! It's not on the property, it's at some other apt. complex on the other side of town and you have to pay over $120 to get in for what, three months out of the year. The walls and windows are so thin you hear you upstairs neighbors and most of the time the ghetto people in the apt. complex across the way playing music, etc. even with you windows shut and the air on. There is a fitness room on the premises, but you have to pay $5 a month for that too. THE ONLY PLUS ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE AWESOME AND FIX THINGS RIGHT AWAY.
