I currently live in the leasing office building, 3rd floor, 2-bedroom. I moved in last May and for the past 3 months i have been nothing but pleasantly surprised by how great everything is. The leasing office staff (primarily working with Riane Powell) and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, professional and they really strive to make you comfortable and happy. I just recently put in a service request for a new air conditioner because the other one was a bit noisy on 'high' and within 5 minutes, 2 maintenance men were at my door. They took a look at the air conditioner and told me i would be getting a brand new one in the morning. Sure enough, it was there on time and works GREAT. Bugs were only a problem once and i called to see if someone could spray our apartment an extra time (they spray everywhere once a month) and they were in there the next day. It did the trick.

The apartment alone is spacious, clean and everything looks brand new. I plan on staying here until I become a home owner.
