Have been living here for a few years and Audubon Manor is a nice place to live.

The staff is very friendly and the apartments are roomy.

The complex is within walking distance to downtown West Chester with its shops and restaurants.

Heating oil is included in the monthly rent, which can be pretty pricey in the wintertime.
