I've lived here for about three years now, and there are only a few caveats. Namely:

1- The maintenance is slower than I would have liked when it comes to fixing many of my problems.
2-Living in this climate we're bound to have horrid winters. They do shovel and salt, but in an aparment complex ice does build up.
3-Most units do not have elevators.

But,
1-The office staff is friendly and promt and they often go out of their way to accomodate your scedule.
2-It is well lit and mostly quiet.
3-It is clean and pest free
4-It's the best deal in West Chester for the amount of space you get (tons of CLOSETS!)

Overall, I'm sorry I have to leave.
