The staff is sneaky and dishonest. They refuse to take responsibility for the maintenance of the apartments. Windows rattle and let in the cold air, and now tenants pay for their own heat (at least $50 a month for a small one-bedroom apartment). I sometimes wonder if it's a better option to live in my car. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Most ladnloars have placed a "surcharge" on heat. This is a business expence that they the landloars should have anticapaped! But no they just passed the charges along to the renters.
