We moved in 2 years ago because it was the cheapest in the west chester area that we wanted to live in. the small one bedroom is small, but it is a good first place and cheap. when ever there was a problem with something, like the garbage disposal, we called and the next day it was fixed. the office staff is very friendly, helpful and interested in making your stay is the best it can be. it is a nice, quiet community. we havent had any problems. sometimes the parking is bad, but it is west chester. we lived here for 2 years, and are upgrading to a 2 bedroom this year. i do recomend.
