Overall, these apartments are beautiful and the grounds are exceptionally well-landscaped. However, the walls are exteremely thin and the neighbors extremely intolerant. Also, if you have a car, I don't recommend expecting to be able to park it anywhere near your building. So, if you're quiet as a church mouse and you don't have wheels, this is the place for you.
