Pretty good place

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Grounds are well kept and atractive. The maintenance staff is friendly & helpful; the office staff, is another story though. Rent has gone up each year and recently billing for heat has been added to the cost. I received a "violation of my lease agreement" letter for not paying my heating bill before the bill was even due! Keep a close eye on the money they expect from you.
