These posts look like they were written by the management.
I have lived here for too many years now and this place is HELL.
Management is sneaky, lies, spies on you, gossips about you and gives out your personal info to other tenants.
It's time to go.

Maintenance service has declined severly over the years.
Prices keep going up but we get nothing new.
Buildings are OLD and not maintained up to current standards. Fire extinguisher in our hall is two years out of date.

Parking is a nightmare as two buildings share one small lot.
The heat is now charged for and is a mess bordering on illegal.
Local government has been brought in to mediate it.
STAY OUT for your own protection, please do not make the mistake I did. I am moving out soon.

Manager is a TRYANT who makes it her business to be in everyone elses business. I hvae proof they have entered my home several times with no notice and no note left that they had been in MY HOME. It is downright scary.

thats too funny. she is a tyrant!!! im so glad someone is investigating the heating. we pay way to much for nothing at all! our heat didnt even work for over a week yet our bill was STILL insane...
