STAY AWAY! This place is a sham. You will have constant problems with hot water and heat and pay premium for it. During winter, we did not have hot water and heat, on and off for weeks. But you still end up paying for it. They charge you for heat you use in your apt and for " indirect heat" , meaning heat used for hallways and common areas - what a joke! My indirect heating bill which on average is $60 for a 2 BR apartment is HIGHER than what I use in my apt. On top of that you pay around $30 for hot water year round. Add to that $40 / month for heating YOUR apt. They also tack on a service charge of $7 to every bill. JOKE! We had to pay for heat even though our heat did not work! There are no meters! Management is a disgrace! At first the manager seems helpful and charming, putting on a grandma-like appearance, but ask anyone who has been here more than a year what they think of her and this place. The manager highers her own friends to work in the office. It's one big click. Nothing gets resolved. I wonder if the owners of this place know how this place is run. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
