Forest manor apraments are ok at best. Rent is pretty cheap and you get what you pay for. Parking is usually pretty good, on weekends it can get crowded though, but overall it's decent and snow removal is done well and fast. There have been abanded cars in the parking lot and cars being broken into. Luckily my car was not one of them. Also the police are usually here once or twice a month. The noise kinda sucks here. At nights and weekends a lot of people blare their radios and car stereo's. Also the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your next door neighbors. I have been pretty lucky and have gotten for the most part, quiet neighbors though. The buildings are kinda old and I have had problems with a leaky ceiling and heart, and my refridgerator breaking down. Maintanence is almost always there within a day and are good. The office staff is also ok, except for a few things. One their office is located outside philly and if you want to get a hold of them you have to call them. Another thing which kinda sucks you have to mail your rent to their office. Also they DON'T accept checks, only certified checks or money orders. I do like it here, but it's time for me to move on.
