I grew up in these apartments, lived there for a number of years. Lived on the third floor. Our ceiling leaked terribly and it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. Apartments are overrun with roaches, no matter how much they spray. Carpets are filthy; plumbing is terrible. I wouldn't put my dog up in here.
