I was told my electric bill would be $60 a month, they lied. It was $163 for the first month. I felt like I was being charged for the outdoor lighting that was involuntarily controlled. The refrigorator was old. The range was electric. I never felt like I used that much electric energy.
The bathroom tile was a miss-match job.
The carpeting smelled like mildew and had plaster stains.
It was an expensive below average apartment. They misrepresented the apartment.
I filed a complaint, they ended the lease early, before we were inside a courtroom.
