I have lived in my apartment for 5 years and I must say that since the new owner took over I am 100% happier. The things said on this web site reflect how things used to be with Sentry Property Management. They were slum lords-everything written was true! Now, the new owner really cares about the buildings and the people living in them. The response to problems is prompt and I like that I can call the owner directly. The building is old so there are things that arise-but like I said they are delt with quickly. The owner is also working to improve the buildings. A new roof was put on the building I live in as a response to a leak in my ceiling. So if you are looking for affordable housing within walking distance to downtown West Chester, 1 mile drive to the center of West Chester University campus, and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, I would highly recommend this location.
