don't live here if you can help it!!
After seeing the model and the pool and clubhouse we thought this was the perfect place to live. Unfortunately we were wrong. The place was not even clean when we moved in!!! We have slipped and fallen on the ice that they will not salt. We pay $1215 per month and then they rent out apartment similar or better than ours for less, ("now that the rental market has changed"). This place is full of scumbags and does not feel safe. The apartments are small although the models loook spacious. No counter space in the kitchen. The staff does not repsect you at all. The doggybag areas are full and there are not enough bags for everyone to pick up after their dogs so watch your step. Managers have been very rude for any requests we have made. Poor plumbing!!!!!!!! Shower will not drain properly and has leaked to downstairs!!! Has taken forever to plow and maintain sidewalks. Don't live here

After reading these snd the other reviews, I WILL NOT be moving to Golf Club Aapartments. It was between GC and Wyntre Brooke. I'll be going with WYntre Brooke. They have great reviews! Thanks for everyones honesty!:)
