I got a really nice 2 brdm townhouse with my girlfriend....thought the location was great, the complex looked great. Boy was I in for a surprise. My bathroom leaked into my kitchen on the first floor constantly throughout the entire time. It took them over a month to aknowledge that there was a problem. When they did see that it was leaking, I was accused of getting water on the floor while I was showering. Several months and complaintss later the management finally agreed that there was something wrong when the shower tiles started falling off. They moved us out to redo the entire bathroom. 5 days later we had a new bathroom. This would be a good review if the problem was fixed. Unfortunatley, the inept maintenance staff has yet to fix the bathroom correctly. It still leaks. After 10 months in this townhouse, a month hasn't gone by where I haven't had to call maintenance at least twice. On averager, maintenance is in my TH about 4 days a month. That is great for all you people that crave privacy.

NEVER RENT HERE. ON THE SURFACE IT LOOKS GREAT. The second you scratch the surface you realize that you apartment is barely holding together by a thread. Everyone resident I have come in contact with has a horror story....

Is this aggravation worth $1200 a month to you....I am moving the second I can.
