Hi,
First before I start Writing. Sorry for my English Grammar.
This remolded apartment. Very poor maintenance. Staff is Very rude. They are only nice till you sign the lease after that they don?t care for you, especially The Manager. They only think about money and nothing else.
The Rental rates are so high compare to other near by places; they keep on increasing there rates every year and keep on reducing the amenities they provide
This place is not safe at all. Staff will say Police station is just near to this place, but trust me it?s not safe at all. Lots of strangers move in and around apartments.
Suddenly to save money they have now started charging for Heat. Rest all places are giving Heat and Hot water Free with lesser RENT compare to what they are charging.
Other apartments of Home Properties give Free Heat and Hot water why not they.
Finally I can only SAY LOOK FOR SOME BETTER PLACES. As I got a better apartment near BOOT ROAD.
