i would say that if you had good luck and whatnot with appliances and housing your fine. but maintenance was rude to us and ignorant about the problem, and i actualy figured it out after they left to go get a new appliance. other then that this is a great place to live, nice apartments nice people great surroundings, shopping is a breeze since its across the street.
