I HATE THIS PLACE!!! From the day we moved in, nothing has gone right! (rented renovated, 2 bdrm twnhse-new fridge, stove, w/d, dshwshr). When we moved in the place was NOT EVEN READY for us!!! We came in on July 10th (that was the ORIGINAL move-in date)to do a walk-through & we got to the place--what a MESS!!! OUTSIDE on the porch, the OLD appliances were there!! (We walk in, & the stove was covered w/ spilled coffee, burn mark on the bathroom floor (looked like urine stain), kitchen sink had some kind of chemical poured in it-the kitchen area was just NOT LIVEABLE! paint needed touch-ups, etc. TRY taking a shower after 7AM, lack of hot water!! Can hear people BEHIND us--showering, using bathrm! Cigarrette smoke comes in from behind us!! Our place smells like an ashtray-EEEWWW!! Bug prob was fixed.Didn't feel safe sleeping at night-no deadbolts, just one simple lock-feared being robbed! pain to move in--walk long distance to carry furniture-up a hill. pain to take out trash-no recycling!! UNFORTUNATELY we were stuck-needed place to take a dog. NEVER AGAIN!!! can't wait to move out!!
