I just recently moved in to my new apartment. I rented a 1 bedroom, and the price was good, even if the water wasn't included. I didn't get a brand new apartment, but I like that I have blue tile in my bathroom. I couldn't bring my dog because I have a restricted breed, but my family is in the area so I can still see her. I would definately recommend.
