Where to start with such a fine apartment'! The first day we moved into our townhome, we had massive flooding from our 2nd floor bathroom into our kitchen (through the ceiling and cabinets and onto the flooring). The kitchen counters were warped and we called maintenance six times and they left them rot and refused to replace them. The carpeting must have been at least 10 years old and didn't have any padding. We paid $1070 per month for a townhome that was not renovated and did not have a washer and dryer. Not to mention, we had found out that other tenants were paying substantially less for a renovated unit with a washer and dryer. We experienced bug/pest problems including flies, water bugs, and roaches. Crime in the community was kept a secret from the residents and office staff almost always denied the illegal activities that were obviously taking place (i.e. robberies, helicopters searching the neighborhood for suspects of robberies, and abductions). Also, don't lose your pass for the fitness center... it costs $35 to replace it. They randomly check your apartment and "pretend" to do upgrades on air conditioning that is approx. 30 years old and heating (if they decide to fix it when it is not working). The landscaping consists of tire marks throughout the grass caused by staff riding in golf carts. There is a crazy man that scours the neighborhood for trash and randomly hangs out at the dumpsters. A few residents have seen him eating the trash. Office staff was unwilling to deal with this issue and acknowledged that he is part of their staff.



Perhaps this community should spend less on having community events at the clubhouse and spend more on the upkeep of this property'
