deposit was returned with no problem i think ryan and staff are great.never problem with parking or crime.you cannot live in any apt developement with out some crime

Good for you. Mine was withheld for some made up claims that cupboard shelves were missing. Why would I take their cupboard shelves?. They were simply not there. I would not recommend this apartment. Anyone moving in should make sure anything that seems missing is reported at the start of the lease.
