I am just o.k. with Golf Club. The tenant quality has gone down hill in the five years I've lived here but I'm not around much so it really doesn't bother me too much. I don't like the fact they allow these large dogs to run over the place and the cats are all over too (which are worse than the dogs). There are some strange characters in some of the apartments that appear to be running businesses out of their units rather than actually living there and that makes me uneasy.

Anyway - the grounds are kept ok and the maintenance staff is o.k., office is just average. my immediate neighbors are quiet but ther is noise elsewhere. its ok here - nothing special.
