Have lived in this apartment for 1.5 years now. Found a nice 1 bedroom apt, comes with mini washer, dryer and dishwasher. No major problems so far. Excellent value.

Positives:

- Community/Management offers 24 hour maintenance service via an 800#, answering service takes all calls from a leaky sink to an emergency like the power all out. Emergency maintenance usually arrives within 1/2 hour. Minor maintenance issues are addressed within 1-3 days. The maintenance men are VERY friendly and helpful and will stay in touch with you if there is an ongoing problem.

- Management has community events such as summer BBQs and winter socials. Fun and free.

- Large shopping complex directly across from complex includes grocery store, laundromat, bank, video rental store and other useful amenities.

- Dog friendly complex, accepts most breeds of dogs.

- Front entrance uses a security keypad system for added safety.

- Community is friendly, neighbors are helpful.

Negatives:

- Parking lot lighting could be better. Very dark at night when walking dog and lighting frequently goes out.

- Back of the complex has a large stretch of road where teenagers sometimes test their vehicle speed from 1-60 MPH creating a noise disturbance after 11PM.

- Some apartments are not as well furnished as others, or are undergoing renovations. Price is adjusted to match the amenities/upgrades in the apartment, but in general it is worth waiting for an apartment that has the latest renovations.

- Minor problem with spiders and other insects in the apartment from time to time. Exterminator is available every 2 weeks and will come out with a maintenance call at no cost.

Overall 4/5. Great experience.
