good location bad maintainence and managers

hello, i have moved around this area a lot and home properties does not do a good job. they have a bad rep. i was looking for a new place on this site and noticed they have low ratings at all of their apts. golf club is just falling apart, and they pretend it is not true. that is the pary line of home properties.
