My wife and I lived in golf club for 12 month lease. Things were great in the beginning but then it all changed. continent noise, being woken up at 3 am. other residents fighting, drugs and cops visiting almost on a daily basis. Bugs constantly in apartment. And to top it all off, loosing our security deposit and dog deposit and it takes almost the whole lease term to get it resolved. Management staff is very nice I have to say. But I still wouldn't recommend to anyone.
