Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I am currently in the last month of my lease here. Rent is ok, the cheapest around town, but the apartment isn't great. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Everything falls apart, the place is a million years old. I live on the bottom floor and have had 4 floods in two years. There are a lot of ------- here. Your best bet would be to look around.
