Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I had a bad time of it when I lived here. There were countless bug problems, the office staff was not friendly, and the place had leaks in the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom. It took a long time for maintence to get around to me. Probably because they're so busy fixing everything else that wrong with the place. I recommend trying down the road at Goshen Meadows for a 1 bedroom, or Waterview Apartments for a 2. They're more expensive, but it will likely be worth it to you if you can afford it.
