I have lived at Goshen Manor for almost a year now. I have found when I first started looking for an apartment that this is quite possibly the cheapest complex in the area. It's a great apartment for a great price. Behind my building is a walk way/path that leads up to the shopping center. During the summer this is a nice thing to have. I'm close to my job in Deleware and comfortable with my neighbors. All in all I'm happy here.
