Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
 
I lived here for a year during college in the early 90's. There were a few suspicious characters running around who were not college students. The place had no bugs, they sprayed fairly frequently. The only complaint I had was that I could hear my neighbors upstairs walking and it was only two skinny girls who lived up there. The construction is not sound proof by any means, so if you live here, make sure you get the top floor.
