Old and nasty but cheap

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
These apatments are really old and falling down. Also prone to flooding. I currently have problems in my bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living room. The bedroom is ok though. Very thin ceilings and walls make for sleepless nights. Cig butts eveywhere outside. Lots of trees by windows make for possible security issues I think.
