An affordable complex for West Chester but the apartments lack modern conveniences. Very small dirty kitchen but ample closet space. The clientele of this complex includes reasonable people looking for affordable housing, young people with loud stereos, alcoholics, and weirdos. Parking is great but interior of buidings dirty.
