This is about the only reasonably priced complex near the Borough. However, you make many sacrifices to compensate for the low cost. I have had huge bug problems- everything from termites to spiders. LOTS of spiders. If you live underneath of anyone, be prepared to hear them walking around- hard to get used to for the first few months. Maintenance is fairly prompt to respond to complaints but it usually takes them two or three visits to fix it right. Lots of old, retired folks.
