This is my first year at Goshen Manor but I have really enjoyed my stay.

In response to another posting, I have never had a bug problem. I live on the bottom floor and I have never noticed an ant let alone a spider. I do keep my apartment clean which may have something to do with it. I have found that an apartment kept dirty will attract bugs no matter where it is located, how new/nice the building is, and what floor it is on.

I am a young woman and have never had a safety concern. I highly recommend the complex.
