If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live this is it!!. I lived at Goshen Manor for a year( had to relocate due to work), but would definitely move back. Goshen Manor is the best apartment value in West Chester, stop in check it out. Staff was incredible, and the amenities and services are super!!
