Poor Construction, HORRIBLE Management

These apartments aren't of the highest quality. I suppose that is acceptable given the low price that they are, in comparison to other complexes near by.
However, the management of the property should keep anyone from renting here. At the end of my first least, I gave 2.5 months notice that I would not be renewing. BEWARE, that they require 3 months notice for a non-renewal. I understood that I did not read the fine lines, but the management was absolutely unwilling to work out the situation with me.
They forced me to pay THE ENTIRE next year's lease (which I am currently still doing). They would not work out some kind of penalty or anything. $860 * 12 = $10,320 of a penalty that I will end up paying because I was two weeks late on my notice.
Do not move in here because while the above situation may be avoided, you are bound to run into some kind of problem that the management will simply screw you on.
