When it comes time for your lease to renew- be prepared for a huge jump.
Management USED to be wonderful- courteous, professional, caring-

Then a bunch of ying yangs come in and hike the rent- they offer fixing up your place-
but CERTAIN things covered under the landlord tenant code leave much to be desired.

Recently we received a notice regarding our old crumbling windows- they are horrendous and not only do they NOT stay up on their own- sometimes the entire window falls out.
The NEW management stated they would replace our windows for a fee-

Now, someone running this jaunt must think we are stupid;

READ THE LANDLORD TENANT HANDBOOK

Every semester we are surprised with college neighbors- some are nice, some are dope fiends in and out all hours of the night- and quite noisy.

I guess they will put in anyone who can pay up.

They are larger than most apartments, but definitely not with out an array of problems
