I have been living here for about three months now. We signed a six month lease and I can't wait to move out of here. The apartments are way too OLD! Everything is getting ready to be retired e.g. the heating, water, electricity. I turn on the vacuum and the circuit goes off and I don't have electricity in half the apartment. The carpets on the stairs are way too old and dingy. Don't be impressed by looking at their model house. If you have to move in here, check the REAL apartment first!
