The apartments are small, but cozy. I really like the open kitchen. Even though the kitchen is small and doesn't have a dishwasher, it feels roomy because of the nice wide counter space.
I would recommend living on the third floor. Nobody can see you if you go out on the balcony, and you get the warmth from the other apartments during the winter.
Parking is a bit crowded if you live in an end unit.
Maintenance is very nice and requests get attention promptly. Overall, it seems better than most apartments.
