Management is MISERABLE; Apartments STINK

Low-grade, unprofessional, inconsiderate, unhelpful, bordorline-hostile management who tolerates you during the leasing process. Once you're in, you receive miserly service, IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT. The women in the management office are miserable and it shows. They have very BAD ATTITUDES.
Unfortunately, this extends up to the regional management level as I voiced a complaint to them and was barely assisted and treated in a hostile manner. Seems to me that MMC barely tolerates their renters, and if you make a complaint, they try every maneuver in the book to avoid taking responsibility for anything.
The common areas are filthy (carpets are disgusting) and commonly smell. There is no lock on the front or back doors to enter the main areas.
THIS PLACE IS TO BE AVOIDED.

Also, keep in mind that the fire station is in the immediate vicinity and the noise from its horn is deafening--day and night.
