Do not live here-there is no saving grace about it. I have had to make multiple maintenance calls on almost all major appliances, I was almost afraid to write a review because I thought that there would be negative reprucussions from them somehow knowing who wrote it. But after speaking to other people that live here, clearly I am not alone and I am beyond fed up with this place. The management has changed 4 times since we viewed the apartment, the people in the office do not take responsibility for anything. They are awesome at passing the buck whenever they have the opportunity. The electric bill is high because EVERYTHING is electric and between that and the size of the place, it is way over-priced. I know apartment complexes are expensive in general but your best bet is to go to craigslist or a local realtor to look into renting a house/floor of a house. The frustration of careless property management companies is just not worth it. But if you feel the need to I do know people that live in surrounding complexes and are overall much more pleased with the grounds and maintenance than we are. Good luck on your search!
