We have lived here for almost a year and we rarely have had a problem. Recently the management team has changed in the office and all I see are major improvements. Maintenance is excellent at taking care of any issues and does so quickly. The office staff is so friendly and they actually take the time to follow up on all maintenance issues. The grounds are beautiful...the hallways are always clean and they will even sign for and store your packages in their office. I absolutely love this place now and won't even consider moving until I buy a house sometime later.

Wow, not sure where you lived before, but that place is the slums so you must be in a brand new building. Those hallways were disgusting 6 months ago. Buy some eyeglasses!

Umm, yeah. This is clearly either someone who works there or a relative of someone who works there. The property manager, not management company mind you, did change and they are just inattentive as the past two. Not to mention the maintenance crew used to be good even though the appliances are cheap and junky. There are a couple of new guys and now the service has actually plummeted. Nice try though! :)
