We have just renewed our lease for another year. Have seen a lot of improvement over the summer and have decided to stay. All in all Goshen Has been a fine experience. Looking at the apartment for the first time there seemed to be a lot of noise from upstairs so our best decision was to take an upper level apartment and the view and the quiet has been wonderful. Maintenience could be a little faster but all repairs have been fixed. Rent seems high but the rooms are so big and having a washer and dryer is a convenience.
